Reachability & Consent

The model that makes every other model land

A perfect score is worthless if you cannot reach the person. This model shows the base you can actually address on each channel, first-party and consent-led, and puts a number on what every extra point of opt-in is worth in a cookieless world.

Where it sits: Sits across the whole loop. RFM, churn and pLTV decide who to talk to and what to say; reachability decides whether the message can lawfully and practically land.

Addressable, not just total

A database count flatters you. The number that matters is how many customers you can lawfully reach on each channel, with a live contact token and consent that has not gone stale.

Value-weighted coverage

Reaching 60% of customers is not the same as reaching 60% of value. Every read here is weighted by decayed 12-month spend, so you see the money you can actually touch.

Consent is a growth lever

Opt-in rates are not fixed. A value exchange, a well-timed re-permission moment and a preference centre all grow the addressable base, and each point of consent gets a price you can read off.

The same customers, through the reachability lens

The cast you met in RFM, re-read for addressability. The chip shows the channels that can carry a message to each customer today. Tap any of them to see their full journey.
